Top-level comments on this article: (1 total)I have read Mr Khan's article very carefully and feel that it is biased against laser hair removal treatments. When a person goes in for the first treatment there is a consultation and the client knows what to expect. We all know about being professionally treated and all the precautions that need to be taken. Any-one in their right minds would have checked everything out in the first place.Facial hair and body hair is embarrassing enough when you are young and to you want divest yourself of it as quickly as possible. All the conditions that he has mentioned are more temporary. He should focus more on what to expect when you go for your first treatment rather than afterwards as the first time is the worst. Some people need more than one treatment and their skin does become stronger and more resistant to the laser treatment. Also as it is an expensive treatment some salon charge up to 30GB for 15 minute consultation and a patch test. Rhea
